Shipping information

DPD standard shipping - 4,35 € / from 50 € order value free of charge
Free delivery only applies to parcels up to 1.75 metres and 40 kilograms within Germany. The girth of 3 metres must not be exceeded.
Deviating deliveries (e.g. by forwarding agent for goods weighing more than 40 kilograms or excess lengths of 1.76 metres or more) will be charged individually.

DPD express flat rate - € 16.00 plus 19% VAT.
The goods are shipped with DPD. Orders received by 2 p.m. will be delivered the next working day by 12.00 p.m. at the latest.

Delivery by forwarding agent - individual
The delivery is carried out by a forwarding agency. The delivery costs are calculated individually.

Undeliverable shipments

Please check the shipping address carefully when entering your order. If your parcel cannot be delivered even after three attempts, it will be returned to us by DPD. We ask for your understanding that we will charge you the resulting costs of € 25.00.

Collection - free

The collection can take place on weekdays within the business hours (07:30 o'clock - 16:30 o'clock, on Fridays until 15:00 o'clock). The collection period is 5 working days.
